The Women's Museum™ offers several options for your group to learn about the amazing accomplishments of American women:

• Discount group rates are available for 10 or more
• Groups may schedule a docent-guided or self-guided tour
• Docent-guided tours include permanent and special exhibits which highlight multicultural and multi-ethnic stories of American women.

Rates
Admission for groups of 10 or more is $4.00 per adult, $3.00 per student (18 and under), and $3.00 per senior (65+). Tour company guides and bus drivers are admitted free with their groups (up to 5).

Docents
There is no additional charge for a docent-guided tour! Our docents are knowledgeable and experienced volunteers who have been trained to lead tours of The Women's Museum™. Docents, very familiar with the museum and its exhibits, can offer insights and stories that visitors may not know.

Scheduling a Docent-Guided Tour
We require at least 2 weeks advance notice to schedule a docent-guided tour. To schedule your tour, please complete the Tour Request Form.

Scheduling a Group Visit or Self-Guided Tour
We require at least 5 business days to schedule a group visit of 10 or more. To schedule a group visit with 10 or more people and receive the group admission rate, without a docent-guided tour, please submit the Tour Request Form. Payments for self-guided tours may be made in advance or in the form of a single payment upon arrival.

Group Size
Docent-guided tours are available for groups of 10 or more. Large groups will be divided into smaller groups of 20-30 people.

Length of Tours
Docent-guided tours generally last one to one-and-a-half hours. We recommend that you allow an additional half-hour for your guests to take a closer look at the exhibits or browse through The Museum Store.

Special Needs
Please inform the Tour Coordinator of any special needs for your group during scheduling. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for our guests.

Payments and Deposits
The Women's Museum™ accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check, traveler's check, money order, and credit card (American Express, MasterCard, and VISA).

A non-refundable deposit of 50% down must be received by the museum two weeks prior to your visit. If payment is not received, your tour is subject to cancellation. Reservations are held with a credit card which is not charged unless tour does not show up at the allotted time. You may pay for tour upon arrival by credit card, check or cash. Please call Tour Coordinator at 214.915.0862 to book today!

Rescheduling
If you must reschedule your tour, please call 214.915.0862 at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you call 3 business days prior, your deposit will be transferred to your new tour date. Otherwise, your deposit may not be applied to the new field trip date and will not be refunded.

Cancellations
If you must cancel your tour, please call 214.915.0862 at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled date. A refund check will be issued to you within 2 weeks of your cancellation. You will be refunded up to 50% of the total amount as indicated on your invoice.

If you do not contact us to cancel at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled field trip date, your payment will not be refunded.

Refunds
If you have pre-paid for a tour and fewer people attend than anticipated, you will be issued a refund check within 2 weeks. You will be refunded up to 50% of the total amount as indicated on your invoice.
